The Sergeant at Arms is seeking an experienced and independent Senior Information Technology Manager to lead our Enterprise Systems Department’s unified communication and collaboration team. This critical role involves managing the technical staff responsible for the design, engineering, maintenance, and operational integrity of the Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) platform and other vital enterprise communication technologies. We require a proven people leader with solid analytical and technical skills who can quickly adapt to new technologies, manage multiple high-priority projects, and effectively communicate solutions across the organization.

Develops and implements IT strategies aligned with organizational goals, ensuring effective execution across specialized IT domains. Leads diverse IT teams, fostering professional growth, collaboration, and excellence in specialized areas such as UX, product development, software development, business partners, quality assurance, COTS development, and vendor management. Champions the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies and best practices to drive innovation and improve service delivery and product development.
Builds and maintains strong relationships with business partners, customers, and vendors, ensuring IT strategies and projects align with stakeholder needs and expectations. Oversees the operational aspects of the IT department, ensuring efficient resource allocation, process optimization, and the delivery of high-quality IT services and products. Manages budgeting, financial forecasting, and resource allocation to ensure projects are delivered within budget and contribute to the financial objectives of the organization.

High School Diploma/GED.
Required Work Experience- At least eight years of experience in systems support, systems development, or applications development, with at least four years of experience in a leadership role within an IT environment, demonstrating proficiency in managing, supervising, and developing professional and technical teams.
- Strong leadership skills to guide and develop diverse IT teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across teams and with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- A fundamental understanding of project management principles to oversee IT projects from conception to completion.
- A solid technical foundation in IT principles, with the ability to oversee a variety of IT functions and adapt to new technologies.
- Ability to contribute to and execute strategic IT plans that support the organization’s goals and adapt to changing business needs.
- Commitment to staying informed about the latest IT trends and best practices, with a willingness to pursue relevant professional development opportunities.
