Cloud Service Desk Engineer

RiVidium Inc. is seeking a highly qualified Cloud Service Desk Engineer to support a federal client. This position is contingent upon contract award and funding approval. As such, this job posting is intended to identify qualified candidates for a potential future opportunity and does not represent a currently available position. The successful candidate will serve as a senior technical contributor responsible for engineering-level escalated service desk support for cloud/endpoint issues, device enrollment, compliance status, identity/access issues, telemetry validation, and operational runbooks;

excludes routine tier 1 help desk.

• Provide technical leadership within assigned engineering discipline.
• Design, implement, document, and continuously improve enterprise engineering solutions.
• Collaborate with Government stakeholders and cross-functional engineering teams.
• Support operational readiness, modernization, troubleshooting, and knowledge transfer.
• Develop technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and implementation guidance.
• Participate in engineering reviews, reporting, and continuous improvement activities.

• Active Top Secret (TS) security clearance, Eight (8) years of experience in Information Technology, Endpoint Engineering, or Cybersecurity, 6+ years engineering support for cloud/endpoint environments; experience with M365, Intune, endpoint compliance, identity support, and escalated troubleshooting.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent;
  Microsoft endpoint/cloud support certifications preferred.

• Active Top Secret (TS) security clearance required.
