Accenture Federal Services is looking for a Service Now Technical Lead to provide high-level architectural expertise to managers and technical staff.

Here's what you'll do:

• Manage development team, scope, project schedule
• Operate with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems
• Develop architectural products and deliverables for the enterprise and operational business lines
• Develop strategy of system and the design infrastructure necessary to support that strategy
• Advise on selection of technological purchases with regards to processing, data storage, data access, and applications development
• Set standards for the client/server relational database structure for the organization (SQL, ORACLE, SYBASE, etc.)
• Advise of feasibility of potential future projects to management

Here's what you need:

• 3 years of relevant experience in Technical Lead role leading Service Now implementations
• Understanding and knowledge of system development life cycle methodologies (such as Waterfall or Agile)

Bonus points if you have:

• Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) or other Service Now certification
• SAFe/Agile certification
• Implementations in cloud environments

Security Clearance:

• Active TS/SCI is required

The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland is:

$108,400 - $203,400 USD
