Program Manager

About The Role

The Program Manager drives complex technical initiatives from conception to launch, ensuring cross-functional engineering and product teams deliver scalable systems on schedule.

The role bridges technical execution and strategic planning, defining program roadmaps, aligning dependencies, and mitigating operational risk across distributed engineering groups.

• Establish program governance, defining milestones, resource allocation, and cross-functional deliverables across engineering and product teams
• Track program health using JIRA, Confluence, and custom BI dashboards, surfacing technical bottlenecks and schedule risks proactively
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and quarterly PI planning to ensure engineering alignment with strategic goals
• Drive post-incident reviews and reliability initiatives, translating post-mortem action items into concrete engineering tasks
• Manage stakeholder communication, delivering executive-level updates on program progress, scope changes, and budget utilization

• 4-7 years of technical program management experience within software engineering or cloud infrastructure environments
• Deep familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, software development life cycles (SDLC), and release management
• Proficient with project management tooling such as Jira, Confluence, Git Hub Projects, and data visualization tools like Looker or Tableau
• Exceptional communication skills with a proven track record of managing competing priorities across diverse technical stakeholders
• Bonus: PMP certification, Scrum Master certification, or prior hands-on software development experience
