About This Position

We are looking for an experienced, strategic, and collaborative IT QA Practice consultant. Develop and maintain enterprise QA standards, methods, templates, checklists, and reusable assets covering functional, non-functional, performance, security, compliance, data, integration/API, UAT, monitoring, and automated testing. Establish a portfolio-level QA roadmap aligned with the IT Roadmap, addressing priorities, shared assets, risks, dependencies, and sequencing across transformation initiatives. Define and enforce quality gates for test, integration, data migration, security, compliance, UAT, operational, production-support, and go-live readiness.

Establish defect management, requirements traceability, test evidence, auditability, and reporting standards, and provide oversight of project QA strategies, plans, execution artifacts, and readiness packs. Coach project QA Engineers and consultants, promote adoption of centralized practices, and build shared accountability among IT, business stakeholders, and delivery partners. Define QA metrics, KPIs, dashboards, and leadership reporting to provide accurate, actionable, and evidence-based visibility into quality, risks, and release readiness.

Provide independent go-live quality assessments, residual-risk recommendations, and continuous improvement through lessons learned, recurring-issue analysis, and updates to QA standards and reusable assets.
