What You’ll DoIn this role you will support and administer complex business systems applications and provide technical solutions to complex problems. You will analyze business systems, their processes and other resources on a continuing basis to implement best practices for the firm’s use. You will:
- Support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, including system administration, troubleshooting, process improvement, integrations, reporting, and user support across finance and operational business functions.
- Partner with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to analyze requirements, optimize D365 F&O processes, resolve system issues, develop reporting solutions, and drive continuous improvement through Power Platform, SQL, Power BI, and Azure-based tools.
- Manage and administer business systems applications to support the needs of the firm.
- Analyze and troubleshoot technical problems (with varying degrees of complexity) and support, monitor, integrate, and maintain software solutions.
- Provide resolutions to all but the most complex problems, requiring escalation to the Manager.
- Advise staff on best practices and train them on business systems software.
- Analyze, recommend, and lead technical efforts to improve business systems processes, performance, and integration.
- Coordinate outside resources and vendors to ensure adequate support and improving capabilities in business systems.
- Bachelor's degree in systems engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience working in an ERP solution.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365, specifically in the Finance and Operations module.
- Proficiency in MS SQL Server.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Power BI.
- Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint and Teams.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure.
- Proficiency in working with scripting environments, macro languages, web technologies, and document formatting.
- Experience in developing solutions with Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Familiarity with SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) or Azure Analysis Services (AAS).
- Experience in enhancing the performance of tabular models within Analysis Services is preferred.
- Understanding of automated testing tools such as RSAT or Leapwork is beneficial.
- Experience with Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory, and Fabric is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively under dynamic circumstances, tight deadlines, and high-pressure situations.
- Ability to successfully work with individuals of varying backgrounds, levels, and departments.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to effectively communicate technical issues to diverse audiences.
- May require more than 40.0 hours per week to perform the essential duties of the position.
