We are seeking an experienced BI Platform Application Lead to be part of a global team. As a BI Platform Application Lead, you will be responsible to work on Incident Management and Issue Resolution in production environment and manage a small offshore team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for interacting with client BRM, business associates and third party vendors for applications.
• Participate in solutioning, driving continuous improvement initiatives, automation, optimizing environments for operational stability, incident reduction, and improving SLA.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including automation, optimizing environments for operational stability, deep dives on incident reduction, and SLA improvement.
• Work with stakeholders, including the Product Owner and Client SMEs, to understand business requirements.
• Schedule tests for execution, monitor progress, measure product quality control, report on test results, and adjust the test plan as needed for evolving conditions.
• Provide effective status reporting to the client.
• Engage in end to end defect management.
• Knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery pipelines.

This role will require 20% onsite in the office in Washington D.C. Occasional Travel, once in a quarter if client requests.

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of work experience.
• PowerBI report development
• SQL•Data warehouse
• Incident Management
• Production Support
