Are You a Salesforce Professional Who Enjoys Delivering Enterprise Business Solutions? QSSHire is seeking an experienced Applications Developer to support the administration, configuration, enhancement, and maintenance of Salesforce applications within a federal environment. The ideal candidate will partner with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions, improve business processes, support production operations, and drive continuous platform improvement.
In This Role, You'll:
- Configure and maintain Salesforce solutions using Flows, validation rules, approval processes, custom objects, page layouts, record types, reports, dashboards, and security controls.
- Manage releases and deployments across Development, Test, UAT, and Production environments using Change Sets and/or Salesforce Dev Ops tools.
- Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement enhancements.
- Gather and translate business requirements into user stories, process flows, functional specifications, and solution designs.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business decision-making.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, requirements workshops, solution demonstrations, UAT sessions, and end-user training.
- Support testing activities, maintain project documentation, and participate in Agile/Scrum delivery processes.
You'll Succeed Here If You Have:
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration, configuration, and application support experience.
- Experience with Salesforce security, including profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules, field-level security, and data access controls.
- Experience supporting testing activities, release management, system enhancements, and production operations.
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Experience working in Agile environments and utilizing Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, or similar collaboration tools.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Developer, Business Analyst, or similar credentials.
- U.S. Citizenship and eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Public Trust Clearance.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience supporting Federal Government clients.
- Experience working within government contracting environments.
- Experience with Propel PLM and/or Propel QMS applications built on Salesforce.
- Experience with data migration scripting, ETL processing, and source-to-target data mapping.
