Applications Lead

We are seeking an Applications Lead to join our defense team! Required qualifications include experience in application sustainment, platform support, or enterprise software services. Supporting enterprise applications and low-code/no-code platforms is also required, along with knowledge of Power Platform, Dynamics, SharePoint, M365, Azure, and application lifecycle management. Ability to support functional users, configuration, upgrades, and modernization activities is necessary.

Certifications such as 8140 Aligned IT Cyber aligned, Software developer role, or at least one of these Certified Secure Software Lifecycle Professional (CSSLP), GIAC Cloud Security Essentials (GCLD), GIAC Security Essentials Certification (GSEC) are preferred. Clearance is required at Secret level.

Responsibilities include leading application sustainment and functional support, managing Power Apps, Dynamics, SharePoint, M365, and Azure-hosted application support, coordinating user administration, supporting upgrades, release management, and configuration, developing application rationalization inputs, supporting as-is/to-be architecture planning, and coordinating software catalog and license data with ITAM lead.

The work environment is an office on-site in Arlington, VA with a low noise level and a day shift schedule Monday to Friday. Occasional evenings and weekends may be required. Travel within CONUS may be required less than 10%.

Target salary range is $160,000 - $195,000. The salary range displayed is an estimate and will be determined based on several factors, including the individual's combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract parameters and organizational requirements. The listed salary represents one component of the total compensation package for employees.

U.S. Citizen Secret - IT-II (Tier
3) clearance is required. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to handle, feel, touch; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee is regularly required to lift up to 10 pounds.

The employee is frequently required to lift up to 25 pounds; and up to 50 pounds. The vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
