- Address IDEMIA IT related issues in accordance with service-level agreements
- Solve and document Level 1 and sometimes Level 2 IT needs
- Support installation and maintenance of operating systems, software and applications
- Manage communication with internal and external customers
- Assist external providers during IT activities
- Manage IT assets (computer and communications equipment, servers, licenses)
- Give support to server infrastructure, virtualization, communications, and security
- Interact with end users and support on simple issues and tasks
- Addressing IDEMIA IT related issues
- Solving Level 1 and sometimes Level 2 IT needs
- Supporting installation and maintenance of software
