Anduril is seeking a mission-driven, highly organized, and detail-oriented Program Manager to provide tactical support and operational oversight for our USAF customer, driving the adoption, expansion, and long-term success of Anduril's cutting-edge Voyager Hardware. You will serve as a trusted advisor, deeply understanding customer operational requirements and translating them into impactful solutions that leverage our products. This role requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, technical aptitude, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a passionate commitment to national security.

In addition, this role achieves results by focusing on the day-to-day management of client accounts, ensuring the smooth deployment, ongoing functionality, and optimal performance of Voyager solutions. You will be the primary point of contact for operational queries, issue resolution, logistics coordination, and direct support to ensure our USAF customer's success.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in program management and product deployment roles
• Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable with setting and achieving goals in a complex, fast moving environments with ambiguous requirements
• Experience translating and decomposing technical concepts into operational requirements and performance specifications
• Willing to travel as necessary (up to 25%)
• Secret Clearance or above required

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prior military experience, especially in an operational or procurement role related to computing and communications systems
• Experience in Defense Technology Product/Program Management, Solutions Architect, or Customer Success type roles
• Experience and familiarity with the United States Air Force

US Salary Range $112,000 - $149,000 USD The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
