Process Transformation Consultant

Support the team in helping the client transform its business through digital transformation initiatives
Develop new capabilities, processes, and procedures to enhance effectiveness and operational efficiency through automation, integration, and connection
Provide strategic program support for process automation, data analytics, and change management
Work within teams to implement transformation tools and improvements, primarily using MS Power Platform

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Public Trust
• Active Public Trust or suitability preferred
• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum three (3) or more years' experience in business analytics, business management, or process improvement
• One (1) or more years' experience with Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills
• Active CBP or ICE Public Trust or higher clearance preferred
• Direct experience or familiarity with DHS law-enforcement agencies preferred
• Advanced Power Platform experience (Power Apps/Power Automate) preferred
• Tableau or BI software experience preferred
• R or Python software experience preferred
• Travel required up to 10%
• Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
