Requirements:

• Ten (10) years relevant experience in applied data science research or big data analytics. At least five (5) years supervisory experience.
• Advanced Degree (Masters or Ph.D) in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, Operations Research or other closely related scientific or technical discipline. A Ph.D degree may be substituted for up to three (3) years of experience.
• Ability to plan, organize, direct and control the project/program to ensure all contractual obligations are fulfilled, quality standards are met, and associated expectations of performance are achieved.
• Ability to provide expert directions and guidance to subordinates, develop schedules and formulate work plans.
• Demonstrates exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to apply broad management skills and specialized functional and technical expertise to guide the project team in delivering client solutions and manage the day-to-day operations.
• Manage and control project funds and resources and serve as point of contact to the COR.
