Experienced Oracle EPM Solution Architect with expertise in federal budgeting, formulation, and execution.

Proven leader with a strong technical background in Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and a track record of delivering end-to-end budgeting and financial transformation projects within the public sector.

• Business process reengineering experience
• Agile methodologies experience
• Oracle Cloud
• Oracle EPM Data Integration Cross-Team Collaboration experience
