In this role you will:
* Design, implement, and maintain secure Dev Sec Ops environments supporting mission-critical applications and systems.
* Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, Cloud Formation, and Ansible.
* Build, deploy, and maintain containerized applications and platforms using Docker and Kubernetes.
* Design, automate, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git Lab CI/CD, Azure Dev Ops, or similar tools.
* Support hybrid infrastructure environments spanning VMware and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
* Integrate security tooling into CI/CD pipelines, including vulnerability scanning, secrets management, and automated security testing.
* Implement and maintain systems in accordance with DoD cybersecurity requirements, including RMF, NIST 800-53, and STIGs.
* Develop automation using Python, Bash, or Power Shell while troubleshooting infrastructure, deployment, and security issues across complex environments.
Qualifications:
* Active TS/SCI Security Clearance.
* 8+ years of experience in Dev Sec Ops , Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
* Strong experience implementing Infrastructure as Code using tools such as Terraform, Cloud Formation, and/or Ansible.
* Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes.
* Experience designing, implementing, or maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git Lab CI/CD, Azure Dev Ops, or similar technologies.
* Experience supporting hybrid infrastructure environments, including VMware and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
* Strong understanding of security compliance frameworks and requirements, including RMF, NIST 800-53, and STIGs.
* Experience integrating security tooling into Dev Sec Ops pipelines, including vulnerability scanning, secrets management, and other automated security controls.
* Proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language such as Python, Bash, or Power Shell.
* Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work across software, infrastructure, cloud, and cybersecurity teams. Desired
Qualifications:
* Experience supporting SIEM and/or EDR platform migrations.
* Knowledge of Zero Trust Architecture principles and implementation approaches.
* Experience with service mesh technologies and secure microservices architectures.
* Experience supporting classified, enclave-based, disconnected, or air-gapped environments.
* Experience implementing Git Ops methodologies for infrastructure and application deployment.
* Previous experience supporting DoD, Intelligence Community, or other federal government environments.
