Sr. Cybersecurity Analyst II (6688) with Security Clearance

As Sr. Cybersecurity Analyst II , you'll Provides a wide array of Information Technology (IT) oriented services to its 4,000 customers. These services include: incident and request support; conducting program analysis and studies; developing, operating, and maintaining IT systems and applications; maintaining vigilance with regard to information assurance including compliance with the Federal Information Security Modernization Act (FISMA). What you'll do:
* Assist the Government with adhering to Secure Technical Implementation Guides (STIG), Cyber Task Orders (CTO) and Information Assurance Vulnerability Alerts (IAVAs).
* Assist in defining system security requirements, and recommending the appropriate Mission Assurance Category, Confidentiality Level (CL), and Impact Level (IL) for all applications
* Oversee, support, and implement all phases of the Risk Management Framework (RMF)
* Provide daily Assessment & Authorization (A&A) updates
* Provide cyber analyst and validator support What you'll need to succeed:
* Active DoD Secret Clearance
* 7+ years experience in Cybersecurity Operations and Information Assurance.
* Must have a current CISSP certification.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and collaborate within multi-functional teams
* Experience supporting RMF, STIGs, POA&Ms, and audit readiness
* Experience conducting vulnerability scans and using tools such as ACAS, Nessus, Fortify, and HBSS
* Familiarity with incident response procedures and continuous monitoring SALARY RANGE: $110,000 - $120,000 The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience. The final salary offered will be determined based on several factors including:
* The candidate's professional background and relevant work experience
* The specific responsibilities of the role and organizational needs
* Internal equity and alignment with current team compensation
* This role is also eligible for additional compensation, subject to the terms and policies of Metro Star, which may include:
* Performance-based bonuses
* Company-paid training and/or certifications
* Referral bonuses
