Title:

Analyst Business Systems Duration: 6 Months

Location:

Washington, DC Only W2 candidates are eligible for this position. Third-party or C2C candidates will not be considered. List of tasks to be performed:
Project management and project oversight Develop software requirement specification (SRS) documents to support functional requirements affecting the technical file specifications (Mail.dat and Mail.XML). Manage, update, and maintain all currently supported technical specifications and guides and develop new ones as necessary in support of new or revised functionality across systems. Customer Acceptance Testing (CAT) to provide support to review Technical Requirement Documents (TRD), develop and update test scripts, perform customer acceptance testing, perform production validation through smoke testing and functional testing, document testing outcome and provide artifacts, provide TLSC documentation and Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM).

Provide expert personnel to meet with and participate in mail industry meetings/forums and Mailer Technical Advisory Committee (MTAC) work groups, task groups and user groups. Development of performance metrics to track and report status of Customer Acceptance Testing. Automated test script development Develop training materials, Standard operating procedures (SOP) and guides as it relates to impacted CPPP applications. Other related duties as assigned.

Required Certifications, if any:
Project Management Professional or Scrum Master Certification Required Experience Level: Minimum of 5-7 years' experience, in technology or software development preferred. Experience as a business analyst, Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) preferred.

Experience with requirements management tools. (examples include Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), Version One, JIRA, Confluence)

Experience with software testing tools. (examples include Unified Functional Testing (UFT), Selenium)

Experience with database tools and developing analytics solutions using tools like Micro Strategy, Oracle SQL, Teradata Experience using O365 suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Access, Visio, Teams, Workflow, Power BI)

Experience with Client's Technical Solution Lifecycle (TSLC), or other industry Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies. Experience managing or leading IT projects using Waterfall and Agile Methodologies

Preferred Experience:

Mail.

DAT and Mail.

XML are fundamental to the electronic data exchange of mailing information.

Experience with Mail.

DAT, and Mail.

XML specification (highly desired but not required). Demostrated experience with automation testing tool using Artificial Intelligence (AI) or similar

Educational Requirements:

A Bachelors degree from an accredited College/University in CS, IT, Other Science related field.

NOTE:

Four (4) years additional relevant experience required in lieu of a degree
