• Experience leading teams of application develop ers
• Experience in Node.js with AI technologies such as Typescript, SQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, Elastic Search, JSON, Java, Java Script, SharePoint, XML, VBAs, Oracle, MongoDB, Solr, SQL, or Open AI
• Ability to develop and maintain technical strategies to ensure effective application develop ment and integration between applications, including AI capabilities
• Ability to oversee all contract application develop ment work and present overview briefings and updates to Government leads, partners, and customers
• Ability to report on business area progress at performance improvement meetings, and help identify opportunities for increased effectiveness, efficiency, scale, and impact???
• Ability to distill requirements, communicating them to contract staff, and tracking progress against them
• Ability to provide a technical need summary to the government program management, giving the client a consolidated roundup across all develop ment efforts, with a spe cia l focus on areas that need client intervention
• Ability to propose and direct major technology assignments and coordinates milestones and performance met rics
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
• Bachelor's degree and 14+ years of experience in a technical leadership role, or Master's degree and 12+ years of experience in a technical leadership role
