HCL Technologies Limited is seeking a Level 1/2 IT support professional to provide onsite and remote assistance for Windows and Mac devices. The role includes troubleshooting hardware, software, OS, network, and application issues, and supporting Microsoft 365 apps such as Outlook, Teams, One Drive, and Office Suite.
You will manage onboarding, asset lifecycle, and VIP/Executive support with a focus on service excellence. Experience with AD/Azure AD, Intune/MDM, and basic networking is required.
