This position is located in the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office of Intelligence & Analysis (I&A).
The primary purpose of this position is planning, organizing, and directing branch activities to ensure intelligence support operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements and meet customer needs. The position serves as a technical authority providing advice and guidance on complex IT issues.

Specialized
Experience:
You qualify for the GS-14 grade level if you possess the specialized experience, equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service, or comparable experience not gained through federal service, in applying skills in managing portfolios, introducing new technical practices to operations where precedents do not exist; assessing programs to determine where data and technology can be applied to make improvements in efficiencies and operations;
planning and implementing new operational programs; and providing leadership to large and complex organizations.
