Information Assurance Specialist
Location:
Washington, DC Must have an active Secret Security Clearance Required
Education:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related technical discipline
RequiredCertifications:
Current DoW 8570/8140 Certification:
Must meet Information Assurance Management (IAM) Level II and Information or Information Assurance Technical (IAT) II baseline requirements [e.g., Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Security+ CE (Continuing Education), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner (CASP)+CE]
Experience:
- Five (5) years of dedicated Information Assurance experience, with at least three (3) of those being consecutive.
- Consecutive
Experience:
Required three (3) consecutive years of experience relevant to the tasks and demonstrating recent (within the last year) hands‑on understanding of the DoW cybersecurity environment.
