Business Analyst​/Tester with Security Clearance

TMC is in search of a Business Analyst/Tester who also has experience in enterprise process mapping and IT requirements elicitation to support ongoing development of critical FBI IT systems. The candidate must be a US citizen and possess an active Top Secret clearance to start due to federal contract requirements.

• Identifying functional requirements and creating user stories
• Skilled in testing developed stories to ensure application quality assurance
• Experience working in an Agile development environment, including story writing
• Prepare and participate in internal design sessions
• Assist an organization to translate its vision and strategy into core human resource and business process
• Lead clients through streamlining, reengineering and transforming business processes
• Experience performing IT requirements elicitation
• Apply business and functional knowledge including testing standards, guidelines, and testing methodology to meet the team's overall test objectives
• Ensure all testing results are easily accessible and understandable
• Track defects to closure and keep defect repository up-to-date
• Develop and maintain documentation and training materials Job Requirements US Citizenship and Active Top Secret Clearance required Minimum of 5 years experience required (including internships) Minimum of a bachelor's degree required Experience using Jira as part of the Atlassian tool suite Preferred experience includes:
