Quality Assurance - Business Analyst

Job Title:

Quality Assurance - Business Analyst.

Location:

Washington, DC. The candidate shall also demonstrate the knowledge and experience below:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Previous experience managing successful IT projects with demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
• Able to execute business process analysis and translate into IT operational support policies and procedures.
• Software Testing experience (Automated or Manual).
• Proficient in supporting agile development and project management tasks.
• Takes initiative.
• Ability to work independently.

The Contractor shall deliver, but not limited to, the following:

• Azure Dev Ops for agile project management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office O365 suite including Project, Excel, Teams, and Visio (scheduling, flowcharts, formulas, pivot tables, reporting).
• SharePoint site administration.
• Service Now experience.
• Experience with Compliance tools (ie. RSAM, Xacta
  360, etc.).
