Digital Adoption Training SME
Our client is a large global integrator who is seeking a Digital Adoption Training SME. In this role you will design and deliver training, analyze and document complex IT products and processes, provide subject matter expertise and recommendations, support reporting and leadership decision-making, and coordinate, design, and manage IT processes and work.
Per our Federal Government Contract, candidates must be U.S. Citizens with the ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
Responsibilities- Design and document training materials and deliver instructor-led training.
- Create, analyze, coordinate, and document complex IT products and processes, and provide recommendations that enhance and reinforce system adoption.
- Provide process and/or IT product subject matter expertise, conduct research, gather requirements, and perform analysis related to IT processes, projects, and/or services.
- Create and update reports, and propose actions and/or plans to leadership to support decision-making and drive work to completion.
- Demonstrate technical aptitude and the ability to coordinate, design, and manage IT processes and work.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, with 4 years of experience in the federal or commercial industry.
- 2+ years of experience working with Lean-Agile squads and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Experience using the ADDIE methodology to develop and deliver IT training.
- Experience with SAP Concur, Walk Me, and/or Federal Travel Regulations.
- Experience working with clients, internal stakeholders, and business partners.
- Experience leading client interactions, workshops, and similar engagements, either virtually or in person.
- Experience creating or modifying existing documentation to support the subject matter.
Compensation:
- W2 Hourly rate starts at $45. Pay rates are based on experience, qualifications, location, and certifications, and are subject to change at any time.
