Iron Bow Technologies seeks an experienced A/V Support Technician to support a DOJ customer onsite in Washington, DC. You will deliver AV services, triage requests, and ensure equipment is maintained to meet SLAs and customer expectations.
The role requires Crestron/Extron AV experience, familiarity with Cisco/Life Size systems, and the ability to obtain an active Secret clearance. A college degree in IT or related field, plus CTS/DM-NVX-N certifications, are preferred.
