Step is seeking a Director of Marketing Technology to own the martech stack end-to-end, acting as the bridge between Marketing, Product, and Engineering. You will lead the architecture, vendor relationships, data modeling, and analytics tooling to drive engagement and experimentation at scale.
You will work hands-on initially and build a team as Step scales, leveraging a modern stack including CDP, MMP, analytics pipelines, and CRM integrations.
