Personified is seeking a Client Support Technician to manage day-to-day technology operations for our campaigns and mission-aligned clients. You will handle helpdesk tickets via email and Slack, and support configuration and maintenance of Google Workspace, M365, Slack, Zoom, and more.
This role requires onsite work across DC, MD, and VA, with up to 5 days on client sites. Travel and after-hours availability are expected as needed.
