Zayas Hendrick Mediaworks LLC is seeking a skilled Deskside/VTC Support Technician to join our Washington, DC team on-site at the Department of Treasury. You will provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 deskside support, handle imaging with SCCM/Intune, and manage Windows 365 apps and AD domain joins.
Experience with video teleconferencing (Zoom/Webex) is desirable, along with strong customer service and problem-solving skills. This role requires on-site work in Washington, DC and lifting equipment as needed.
