Sr Cyber Cloud Specialist
Location:
Washington, DC (Mostly remote with some onsite time as needed)
Duration: 6+Months Contract to hire
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Assurance, Information Security, or related field.
- 10+ years of cybersecurity experience.
- Proven experience leading a SOC or Cybersecurity Operations team.
- Strong expertise in Incident Response, Threat Detection, Vulnerability Management, SIEM, and EDR.
- Hands-on experience securing Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Experience with security tools such as Defender for Cloud, Qualys, Wireshark, Nmap, SQLMap, W3af, and similar technologies.
- Knowledge of web application security, APIs, SQL/Oracle databases, and cloud security best practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence technical teams and executive leadership.
Most Desirable Certification: CISSP, OSCP, GCIH, GPEN, GSEC, GSNA, GAWN, GCIA, GSE, GWEB, GPPN, GCED, GCID, CCSP, GCWN
