Help Desk Level 1 Professional

We are seeking a Help Desk Level 1 professional with a DOD Secret clearance to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide technical support and assistance to end-users, resolving issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in IT or related field are a plus
• Active DOD Secret clearance is mandatory
• Proven experience in a help desk or technical support role
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking concepts
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner

Responsibilities:

• Respond to help desk tickets and provide technical support to end-users
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate IT personnel
• Install, configure, and update software applications
• Document all support interactions and solutions in the ticketing system
• Maintain knowledge base articles and user guides
• Provide basic training to end-users on software and hardware functionality
