• Bachelor Degree + 10 years of experience
• US Citizenship required to obtain Public Trust
• Must be local to the DMV area
• PMP Certification preferred

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and oversee large-scale technical programs within a complex enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background managing portfolios of applications, coordinating cross-functional technical teams, and delivering mission‑critical solutions.

This role requires experience with Biometrics, Identity and Access Management, application portfolio management, and modern technology delivery. The Program Manager should also have familiarity with initiatives involving Artificial Intelligence, data platforms, cloud environments, software development, application modernization, and emerging technologies.
