The role owns organic and paid search strategy end-to-end, translating technical optimizations and keyword research into scalable traffic and pipeline.
The team partners closely with content, product marketing, and growth engineering to execute high-impact SEO audits, manage SEM budgets, and drive continuous domain authority.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits and implement site structure, schema, and page-speed improvements
- Manage and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Bing to maximize ROI and hit CAC targets
- Execute keyword research, competitive analysis, and content gap studies to inform the editorial calendar
- Monitor core web vitals, crawl errors, and indexation using Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog
- Build weekly and monthly performance dashboards tracking organic traffic, keyword rankings, and pipeline contribution
- Run rigorous A/B tests on ad copy, landing page layouts, and meta tags to improve conversion rates
What We Are Looking For
- 3-6 years of hands-on SEO and SEM experience within high-growth B2B or B2C technology environments
- Deep technical proficiency with modern SEO tools and analytics platforms including Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics 4, and Google Search Console
- Demonstrated track record of scaling organic search traffic and managing paid search budgets efficiently
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data sets into actionable optimization strategies
- Bonus:
Experience with programmatic SEO, JavaScript rendering impacts on search, and Python for marketing automation
