Services Delivery Manager-Deskide​/Infra​/Network Services

Our client is looking for a Service Delivery Manager to manage and coordinate On-Site Support (Deskside Support) in and around the Washington DC area
- Build strong relationships with end client stakeholders, which helped align IT delivery with business priorities and manage/develop Team Lead and Deskside Service Now ticket performance and customer satisfaction.
Monitor service performance and resolved escalations
Provide hands-on technical support and process oversight, reducing repeat incident volume by
root cause analysis and improved documentation.
Top Skills Details
1. Prior experience as a Deskside Support or Network Services Delivery Manager, Delivery Manager or a Deskside Manager supervising 20+ resources and Team Leads
2. The resource must have a technical understand Client Service Delivery... preferably with Service Now or equivalent ITSM Tool
3. The candidate must have documented experience managing the delivery of network support.

Individuals performing this role will optimize the availability of IT infrastructure, systems and services to meet the commitments IBM has made to its clients related to availability target levels in a cost-effective manner. Utilize technical and client environment knowledge to assure services and components are designed and delivered to meet their availability targets. They will provide a holistic view of the client's environment and make recommendations to improve overall service availability.

Develop and maintain Availability Plan which prioritizes and plans IT availability. Monitor IT availability levels by comparing actual levels against targets and addressing shortfalls. Focuses on Individual/Team/ Department Operational Objectives.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.28/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
