Empower AI supports the Department of State with a Quality Assurance Analyst who drives the program quality and service delivery across contract activities. You will implement and monitor quality management plans, report monthly on SLAs, and establish KPIs to measure performance and customer experience.
The role requires 5+ years in IT quality assurance, a Bachelor's in IT or a related field, Lean Six Sigma GB, and a Secret security clearance. ITIL 4 Foundation is preferred.
