Zayas Hendrick Mediaworks LLC is seeking a skilled Deskside/VTC Support Technician to join our team in Washington, DC, on-site at the Department of Treasury. You will provide Tier 1 and 2 deskside support and manage endpoint deployment with Intune and AD, imaging laptops, and preparing devices for domain join and deployment.
Ideal candidates have 3+ years in deskside support, experience with VTC systems (Zoom/Meetings), and strong Windows/Microsoft 365 skills.
