Territory Account Executive IL

Responsibilities

• Possess expert experience of BMC Remedy ITSM Suite System Administration and development.
• Professional experience and proficiency with various BMC Remedy ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, SRM, SLM, Asset, CMDB, Smart Reporting).
• Knowledge of BMC Helix ITSM, Digital Workplace, SmartIT, Client Management, Discovery.

• Bachelor’s degree or specialized training (certifications) or equivalent work
• Minimum 5 years of expert experience with the BMC Remedy ITSM Suite System Administration and development.
• Professional experience and proficiency with various BMC Remedy ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, SRM, SLM, Asset, CMDB, Smart Reporting).
• Knowledge of BMC Helix ITSM, Digital Workplace, SmartIT, Client Management, Discovery.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills.
• Demonstrates ability to handle efforts in application lifecycle development.
• Experience working with database and application server infrastructure.
• Experience with performance tuning and optimization.
• ITIL V3 or V4 Foundation certification.

Job is performed in an office setting with exposure to computer screens and requires extensive use of a computer, keyboard, mouse and multi-line telephone system.

Coordinates, supervises, and/or manages support personnel.
