Role & responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Salesforce programs from strategy and planning through implementation, deployment, and post-production support.
  • Define program scope, objectives, roadmap, milestones, deliverables, budgets, and resource requirements.
  • Manage multiple Salesforce projects and work streams simultaneously while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Coordinate Salesforce teams including Business Analysts, Developers, Architects, QA, Administrators, Dev Ops, and external implementation partners.
  • Establish program governance, delivery standards, reporting structures, and performance metrics.
  • Work closely with business and executive stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize initiatives, and communicate program progress.
  • Manage risks, issues, dependencies, scope changes, budgets, and delivery timelines.
  • Oversee Salesforce integrations with enterprise applications, APIs, middleware, data platforms, and third-party systems.
  • Ensure Salesforce solutions follow platform best practices, security standards, data governance, and enterprise architecture principles.
  • Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies, release planning, sprint execution, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage vendors, system integrators, contracts, deliverables, and service-level expectations.
  • Monitor program KPIs, financial performance, resource utilization, quality, and business outcomes.
  • Lead change management, stakeholder adoption, training coordination, and organizational readiness.
  • Provide executive-level status reports, escalation management, and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize Salesforce processes, platform capabilities, automation, and overall business value.
Preferred candidate profile
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in program/project management, with significant experience managing Salesforce implementations or transformation programs.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale Salesforce programs involving multiple teams, business units, and technology work streams.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CRM processes, Salesforce implementation lifecycle, and platform capabilities.
  • Experience working with Salesforce Architects, Developers, Administrators, Business Analysts, QA teams, and external system integrators.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce integrations, APIs, middleware, data migration, security, release management, and enterprise architecture.
  • Excellent knowledge of Agile/Scrum, program governance, PMO processes, risk management, budget management, resource planning, and change management.
  • Strong stakeholder-management and executive-communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with business and technology leadership.
  • Experience managing vendors, implementation partners, budgets, contracts, timelines, and geographically distributed teams.
  • Proficiency with program/project management tools such as Jira, Azure Dev Ops, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent platforms.
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, negotiation, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities.
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Salesforce certification such as Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Experience Cloud Consultant, or Administrator is preferred.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, SAFe, CSM, or PSM certification is an advantage.
  • Experience delivering Salesforce transformation programs within large enterprise or multinational organizations is highly desirable.
  • UAE/GCC experience and familiarity with working in multicultural, cross-functional environments would be an added advantage.
