We are a leading Oracle services company specializing in Supply Chain Management (SCM) solutions, including Oracle EBS, Oracle Cloud WMS, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and Oracle Transportation Management (OTM). We help clients streamline their supply chain operations through robust Oracle implementations and support.

Gaea is looking for candidates who have a thorough understanding Oracle WMS Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across both the functional and technical sides of Oracle WMS, with a proven track record in implementation and/or support projects, and the ability to engage directly with clients.

• Lead and support Oracle WMS implementation and/or support engagements. Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions
• Configure, customize, and troubleshoot Oracle WMS to meet client needs. Collaborate with technical teams on extensions, interfaces, and integrations related to WMS Serve as a client-facing point of contact, providing updates, demos, and issue resolution
• Prepare functional/technical documentation, test scripts, and training materials. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members as needed

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle WMS (Oracle Cloud WMS and/or Oracle EBS WMS) Proven techno-functional skill set, with ability to work across both functional configuration and technical development/support
• Experience in at least one full-cycle implementation or ongoing production support engagement Strong client-facing communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations

Solid understanding of supply chain/warehouse operations and processes Experience with related Oracle SCM modules (EBS, OIC, OTM) is a plus Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred
