What the role actually is

Shield AI is hiring a senior staff TPM for Hivemind Catalyst, the company's path for helping customers develop, integrate, test, and deploy autonomous capabilities on their own platforms.

This role sits between technology, strategy, business development, and execution. The person would help customers shape autonomy roadmaps while coordinating internal software, engineering, and business teams around delivery.

• Lead technical program management for Hivemind Catalyst customer programs
• Help customers define autonomy roadmaps and technical solution paths
• Align internal software and engineering teams around customer delivery
• Create structure for ambiguous, executive-facing autonomy programs

• Senior staff-level technical program management experience
• Strong technical judgment around autonomy, robotics, AI, or complex software platforms
• Ability to work with senior engineering leaders, business leaders, partners, and customers
• Clear executive communication in ambiguous technical and strategic environments

This is not just program tracking; it is the customer-facing productization layer for an autonomy platform. The interesting challenge is turning Hivemind from internal autonomy technology into something outside teams can adopt, test, and deploy.
