Information Technology Program Manager
Duties
- Lead programs for Information Technology (IT), manage costs, schedules, and resources to ensure successful outcomes.
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to support strategic decision-making and developing plans to align IT/OT/CS missions.
- Lead IT projects team and oversee the development and management of enterprise-wide IT/OT/CS policies, standards and procedures.
- Establish performance measurements to evaluate program efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop plans of action and milestones, conduct risk and vulnerability assessments, and implement policies to ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability of systems and data.
- Provide guidance on IT/OT/CS infrastructure and integration to leadership.

- This is a Cyberspace Workforce position, work role code 752 and 801, proficiency level Intermediate the incumbent is required to obtain and maintain qualifications in DoDM 8140.03 Cyber Workforce Qualification and Department of Navy policies.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- This is a Mission Essential position. You will be required to ensure organization or facility continuity of operations and/or completion of tasks that are considered essential to the mission designated by a local or command decision.
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
- The incumbent may be required to complete the Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE Form 450, on an annual basis to report financial interest as well as other interests outside the government.
Qualifications Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1. Analyzing and evaluating quantitative and qualitative data to support strategic decision-making for IT programs;
2. Establishing and monitoring performance measurements to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of IT programs and projects;
3. Managing costs, schedules, and resources for IT projects to ensure successful program outcomes; and 4. Leading IT project teams in a collaborative, customer-focused manner to manage hardware, software, systems, and services.
