The position partners with product and design to launch high-impact SEO, SEM, and social campaigns that scale customer acquisition and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities- Execute and optimize paid search and paid social campaigns across Google Ads, Linked In, and Meta
- Manage technical and on-page SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and rankings
- Analyze channel performance and attribution using Google Analytics 4, Looker, and marketing dashboards
- Design, test, and deploy automated email sequences and nurture flows using Hub Spot or Marketo
- Run A/B tests on ad copy, landing pages, and user funnels to maximize conversion rates
- Collaborate with content creators and designers to produce high-performing digital marketing assets
- 2-4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience in a B2B or B2C technology environment
- Proven expertise in managing SEM, paid social, and SEO campaigns with verifiable ROI
- Strong proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and modern CRM/marketing automation platforms
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable channel optimizations
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Bonus:
Experience with SQL, HTML/CSS for landing pages, or AI-driven marketing tools
