Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging technology and AI training to attorneys and staff in-person, virtually, and in group settings.
• Create training materials, user guides, e-learning content, and AI adoption resources.
• Coach users on AI best practices, prompting techniques, and workflow integration.
• Support technology rollouts, digital adoption initiatives, and new hire onboarding.
• Partner with stakeholders across the business to identify learning needs and drive technology adoption.

Must-Have Requirements

• Experience delivering technology training, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment.
• Experience creating training content and delivering classroom, virtual, or one-to-one training.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, AI tools (including Copilot and GenAI platforms), and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Knowledge of legal technologies such as iManage, Intapp, or similar platforms is highly desirable.
