System One is seeking an Information Systems Analyst – Hardware Services for our Washington, DC campus on a 1st shift, onsite schedule. You will support desktop hardware, manage assets in Service Now, handle tickets, and coordinate with vendor support and internal teams.
The role requires five+ years in IT, Windows 10/11, and Microsoft 365 expertise, plus strong communication. Citizenship and ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance are part of the requirements.
