IT Service Management Process Modernization Project Manager

Actively plan and manage IT Service Management Process Modernization Project holistically around program schedule and milestones, scope, cost, resource health and risks while collaborating with stakeholders in key meetings resulting in successful project delivery. Plan and manage project finances which includes forecasting and actual monitoring & reporting, while proactively reporting status, scorecard creation and fulfilling project analysis requests by using critical and creative thinking.

Lead and contribute to resource Planning and procurement activities under program champion guidance while identifying, producing and fulfilling resource and go-live operational plans to insure project success. Prepare and update key project documents, and produce reports as needed.

ITIL foundation, or above, Certification Leadership skills including coaching, organizing, integrating, directing, controlling and motivating Experience managing and delivering infrastructure projects that may involve integrating leading-edge technologies with or to replace older legacy technologies Able to effectively adapt to rapidly changing technology and apply it to business needs Strong Communication skills both written and verbal Able to successfully lead cross-functional team & vendors Able to effectively influence and engage Executive sponsors, stakeholders, and project supporters in a matrix organization to achieve not only wins for own objectives and deliverables but also those of the broad organization Able to effectively work in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing priorities, deadlines, and workloads that can be variable for long periods of time Able to meet established deadlines and handle multiple customer service demands from internal and external customers, within set expectations for service excellence Able to effectively communicate and provide positive customer service to every internal and external customer, including customers who may be demanding or otherwise challenging.

Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)-PMI 8 years' experience leading projects in a cross-functional, technical systems implementation OR in lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 6 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience Bachelor's Degree in Health Informatics, Information Technology, Information Systems or related discipline Health Care Industry Experience Background in requirements management and/or systems development Regulatory and HIPAA Experience SAFe Scrum Master Certification.
