Intermediate Information Systems Specialist
Location:
Washington, DC 100% Onsite – 1st Shift Monday–Friday, 1st Shift In-Person Interview Required Local DMV candidates ONLY BS/BA in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field HIGHLY DESIRABLE A+, MCDST, MTA, MOS, or similar certification is PREFERABLE Five years of Desktop Support & IT experience, strong Service Now, hands-on computer/printer hardware troubleshooting, Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, hardware/asset management, OEM/HP warranty support, Level 1 network/VPN troubleshooting, and iPhone/iPad support.
