Ortman Consulting maintains a standing bench of end-user support and systems administration professionals for recurring federal desktop/service-desk pursuits (CBO-class seats). This is an evergreen posting — not a single funded seat. We screen candidates now and engage them via a contingent Letter of Intent that activates on contract award. Levels:
Tier II (3+) and Sys Admin (5+).
Minimum Qualifications:
Windows and macOS administration; endpoint management with Jamf Pro and/or Intune
M365 / Entra , MFA / Conditional Access
Ticketing (Service Now or Remedy); imaging and deployment
U.S. citizen; able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust
