Job Description

A leading company is seeking a Lead Java Engineer to deliver the full lifecycle of Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) services, including strategy, design, process re-engineering, and technology implementation.

Responsibilities:

Develop and enhance CIAM solutions (50% development work)

Lead and mentor engineering teams (30% leadership)

Support adjacent teams on security initiatives (20% collaboration)

Requirements:

5+ years experience in Java

Strong background in AWS, IAM, and security engineering

Proven track record in implementing SSO solutions

Proven ability to lead, prioritise and problem-solve effectively

Right to work in the United States
