None Guidehouse is seeking a UI/UX Designer to lead the design of the next-generation Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) platform experience. This role is responsible for creating intuitive, scalable, and role-aware user experiences that unify dashboards, operational workflows, AI assistants, analytics, and agent-driven capabilities into a single platform. The designer will work closely with Product Managers, Architects, AI Engineers, Data Engineers, and RCM SMEs to develop a modern management console that enables operational teams, supervisors, executives, and client stakeholders to manage the revenue cycle from a single entry point.

This role focuses on creating human-centered experiences that reduce workflow friction, increase productivity, simplify decision making, and enable responsible adoption of AI across RCM operations.

What You Will Do:

Define platform-wide UX strategy and design standards

Design the GMS RCM management console and unified operating experience

Create experience profiles for different user personas and operational roles

Design dashboards, scorecards, KPI views, work queues, alerts, and workflow experiences

Design AI-assisted user journeys including copilots, chat interfaces, recommendations, and approval workflows

Create workflow visualizations for claims, denials, AR, coding, billing, and client operations

Design human-in-the-loop review and approval experiences for AI-generated actions

Develop wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and design systems

Conduct persona mapping, journey mapping, and workflow analysis with business stakeholders

Design responsive experiences

Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure implementation fidelity

Support usability testing and continuous experience optimization

Establish design governance standards and accessibility requirements

What You Will Need:

Minimum of THREE (3)+ years of overall work experience.

Skills related to:
Enterprise UI/UX design, Human-centered design methodologies, User journey mapping and service design, Dashboard and analytics experience design, Workflow-driven application design. AI assistant and conversational UX design, Information architecture and navigation design and Design systems and component libraries

Knowledge of Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent tools

Data visualization and KPI presentation

Personal development and role-based experience modeling

Usability testing and user research

Accessibility (WCAG) standards

Responsive web application design

Experience designing AI-enabled business applications

Experience designing enterprise applications

Experience building complex workflow-oriented platforms

Strong portfolio demonstrating dashboard and operational application design

Experience working with product and engineering teams in Agile environments

Experience translating business requirements into intuitive user experiences

Experience designing role-based experiences and permissions-aware applications

Understanding of modern UX patterns for analytics, workflow, and AI-enabled systems

What Would Be Nice To Have:

Experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations

Experience with healthcare analytics platforms

Experience designing conversational AI or copilot experiences

Familiarity with agent-based workflow systems

Experience designing operational management consoles

Experience with data-intensive applications and KPI reporting

Experience supporting regulated environments

The annual salary range for this position is $98,000.00-$. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
