Overview
Scrum Master
Onsite 5 Days a Week in Washington D.C.
Active Top Secret Clearance Required
Responsibilities
- Exhibit Lean-Agile leadership, adopt and apply Agile Principles, and implement Agile practices
- Promote Agile quality practices so the team can meet its goals.
Identify and work to mitigate impediments - Facilitate all team meetings, including (but not limited to) the Daily Stand-Up, Sprint Planning, and Sprint Retrospective
- Guide the team in estimating the team’s work
- Keep the team focused on daily and sprint goals to include achieving results, quality,flow,and velocity
- Identify functional requirements and create user stories
- Test developed stories and ensure application quality
- Solve problems and provide technical support to application end users
- Develop and maintain documentation and training materials
- Assist with data mapping
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of work experience (including internships)
- Clear written communication and documentation skills
- Experience with Agile framework and working on a Kanban or Scrum team
- Agile Project Management
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with creating and monitoring tasks in JIRA
- Application/software requirements gathering experience

Education/Certification Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree is required
Clearance Requirements
- Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; an active Top Secret clearance is required.
