Safal Partners is seeking a Career Technical Training (CTT) Analyst to support a federal workforce development contract. This role focuses on CTT and Career Technical Education (CTE) activities, helping a federal client assess and improve their partners' job-focused training programs, employer and operator partnerships, and developing training materials, template, tools, documentation, etc. The ideal candidate brings experience supporting federal education or workforce projects and must be able to work onsite in Washington, DC.
Dutiesand Responsibilities
- Develops training materials, templates, tools, and documentation, and other technical assistance (TA) materials
- Prepares meeting materials, including agendas, talking points, notes, and follow-up actions
- Assists with planning and facilitating virtual meetings, webinars, and stakeholder sessions
- Drafts sections of presentations, reports, toolkits, and resource guides
- Supports development of client-facing materials, ensuring accuracy and clarity
- Assists with editing, formatting, and quality control across deliverables
- Supports internal processes, templates, and knowledge management activities
- Manages high-volume communications for data collection, including monitoring inboxes and communicating updates
- Experience supporting federal or state-funded initiatives
- Familiarity with Job Corps or similar workforce programs
- Experience developing surveys or qualitative data collection tools
- Must be willing and able to work onsite at client's location in Washington, DC
- Bachelor’s degree and/or 2–5 years of relevant experience performing structured program support tasks
- Experience in consulting, research, education, workforce development, or related fields
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with platforms such as SharePoint, Smartsheet, or similar tools
- Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must be able to pass a background check with no evidence of federal, state, or local felony charges or convictions prior to assignment
